The City of Richland is accepting applications for recreation and food vendors (concessionaires) for 2024.
Applications received by the end of business on Thursday, February 29, 2024 will receive priority consideration.
The City of Richland operates a high-quality and well-used park system. Richland residents and visitors frequent Richland parks for various recreational activities and may enjoy the presence of food, beverage and/or recreation concessionaires to enhance their experiences. The City of Richland is seeking a variety of food, beverage and outdoor recreation concessionaires to vend in our various parks. If you haven't already reviewed the 2024 Concessionaire Program Overview, please take time to do so prior to submitting your application.
Thank you for your interest in vending in Richland City Parks. Please complete this application for consideration. The selection process is competitive and applicants will be evaluated on:
- Type of service(s) offered and whether it is complimentary to the location requested.
- Availability.
- Feedback from references provided.

- Motorized Vending Vehicle [scooters]...... $75.00
- Pushcart Vendor [handcart]..................... $50.00
